Poultry
Raw chicken and chicken organs (liver in the picture below) are always good bait for crabs. You can purchase at any grocery store.
Seafood
Squid and sardines are a good bait for crabbing. You could also use these for fishing too. You may be able to buy both at the grocery story or Asian stores or at the local bait and tackle store.
